Top Ten Chart for June 2010
Welcome to summer peeps! Its going to be a busy summer for us as our debut album, Characters, is set for release and we have several new tracks already in the works for the next evolution. This month we have two new tracks from our album taking the #1 and #2 slot. Tristessa is a light, summery track with cool groove and a gorgeous melody, while Sounds Like is a driving, progressive stomper with a big lead melody perfect for the main room.
We are also featuring three great tracks from newcomer label Arrival. Tropical Beach is a gorgeous, atmospheric track that perfectly frames the season. Coast Along lives up to its name by evoking memories of the Caribbean coastline and also featured is Celestia, a nice deep space house track.
Of course, no chart would be complete without our obligatory track from Dinka, entitled Some People Will Never Learn, out now on Unreleased Digital. I know we keep hammering Dinka on each and every chart, but they keep putting out so many good tracks, its hard not to chart them!
Morphosis Records makes its debut appearance on our chart with the haunting and strangely named Would You Make Toasts With Me, remixed by Retroid. We also have a great melodic progressive track from Jaytech & James Grant, entitled Moth and remixed by the talented Martin Roth, out on Anjunadeep. And finally, we round out the chart with a track from my favorite producer of all time, BT, who has put together a great progressive vocal track.
